Rhodes Cottage is several hundred years old and set in a rural location, which meant creating extra space needed to be done sensitively to meet planning requirements and retain the building’s charm. Our carefully thought out plans included a split-level extension with a gallery and succeeded in providing much-needed extra space while retaining the building’s character.
