Bank on us to improve the streetscape

Godden Allen Lawn has now obtained planning permission and listed building consent to change the use of a prominent building in Hythe’s attractive town centre.

After designing a scheme to convert the Grade II listed Lloyds Bank building into a shop on the ground floor with a luxury two-bedroomed apartment above, we were asked to obtain planning permission for the work.

The team will now prepare the detailed drawings needed to obtain building regulation approval so that work on the conversion itself can begin.
